Contract award - Endúr Sjøsterk

July 30, 2024 – Endúr Sjøsterk AS («Endúr Sjøsterk»), a wholly owned subsidiary
of Endúr ASA (“Endúr”), has been awarded a contract for turn-key delivery of a
concrete feed barge worth approximately NOK 60 million.

The feed barge will be especially designed for collection and storage of waste,
and is scheduled to be delivered by early Q1 2026. Production will commence in
Q4 2024.
