CodeLab Capital AS – New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by CodeLab Capital AS
(the "Company") on 26 June 2024 regarding the successful placing of a private
placement of 137,931,035 new shares (the "Offer Shares") in the Company raising
gross proceeds of NOK 40 million (the "Private Placement")

The share capital increase pertaining Tranche 1 (as defined in the
abovementioned stock exchange announcement) of the Private Placement, has now
been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.:
Foretaksregisteret).

The new share capital of the Company is NOK 32,779,084.0325117, divided into
238,635,127 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.137360683.
