SATS ASA: New NOK 2,500 million revolving credit facility

SATS ASA ("the Company", OSE ticker: SATS) has signed a new NOK 2,500 million
unsecured multicurrency revolving credit facility.
The credit facility will be used to refinance the Company's existing NOK 2,500
million unsecured revolving credit facility, which matures in September 2025,
and for general corporate and working capital purposes. The credit facility
matures in July 2027, with options for extension for up to two one-year terms.
The new rolling credit facility does not impose any restrictions on
distribution of dividends and is otherwise made on substantially the same
economic and other terms as the existing credit facility. The credit facility
includes a maximum leverage covenant requiring the leverage ratio, Net Debt to
EBITDA before IFRS 16, not to exceed 3.5x.
DNB Bank ASA and Swedbank AB (publ) acted as Bookrunners and Mandated Lead
Arrangers on the transaction. Swedbank AB (publ) will act as agent.
