Rio de Janeiro, Brazil/Hamilton, Bermuda, 25 July 2024: Jose Cotello, CEO and
a primary insider of Seacrest Petroleo Bermuda Limited (the "Company"), has
today purchased 159,055 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK
1.3954 per share. Following the purchase, Jose Cotello holds 529,366 common
shares in the Company.
