Antin Infrastructure Partners (Paris:ANTIN), one of the world’s leading infrastructure firms, announces that the planned acquisition of Excellence Imagerie, a leading French independent medical imaging group, has not come to completion.

The transaction is terminated as a consequence of certain regulatory conditions precedent that were part of the transaction announced on 22 January 2024 not being satisfied.
