Kyoto Group AS (KYOTO) - Extraordinary General Meeting Held

On 23 July 2024, following the completion of the compulsory acquisition of the
remaining shares in Kyoto Group AS ("Kyoto") by GF I Kiln HoldCo AS, as
announced earlier today, an extraordinary general meeting in Kyoto was held. The
meeting was held in accordance with the provisions of Section 5-7 of the
Norwegian Private Limited Liabilities Companies Act (the "Companies Act").

All agenda items were approved.

The minutes from the extraordinary general meeting are attached.
