resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.184 per share, NOK 2,995,744,995 in
total, equal to USD 270 million relating to Q2 2024.

Record date: 30.07.2024

The dividend will be paid in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based on the
daily exchange rate published by Norges Bank 22 July 2024 approximately at
1600hrs CET.
