DOFG: Disclosure of voting rights at extraordinary general meeting

In connection with the extraordinary general meeting of DOF Group ASA (the
"Company") to be held on 26 July 2024, Svein Harald Øygard, in his capacity as
chair of the board of directors of the Company, has received proxies without
voting instructions for 9,570,874 shares, representing 5.18% of the total number
of shares and votes in the Company. The proxies received include 716 026 shares,
representing 0.388% of the total number of shares and votes in the Company, held
by Energy Investors AS, a close associate of Svein Harald Øygard. The proxies
are only valid for the extraordinary general meeting on 26 July 2024.
