AMSC ASA - Ex dividend today

Reference is made to the Company's Q2 2024 report, regarding the Board's
authorization to pay a quarterly dividend of NOK 0.55 per share to the
shareholders of AMSC on record as of 23 July 2024.  The shares in AMSC ASA will
be traded ex dividend NOK 0.55 as from today, 22 July 2024.

The dividend will be paid on or about 30 July 2024 and is classified as a return
of paid in capital.
