Magnora ASA capital distribution: 4.187 per share to be paid on 16 August - total returned will exceed NOK 1 billion

On 4 July 2024, Magnora's Board of Directors authorized a payment of 4.187 per
share. With funds now received from the sale of Helios Nordic Energy to Vinci
Concessions, the payment date is set for 16 August. This date also sets the
milestone when Magnora's total return of capital to shareholders will pass NOK 1
billion.

Since 2018, under new leadership, the renewables strategy has generated 829.6
MNOK of payouts to shareholders in the form of dividends and return of capital.
In addition to this, the Group has distributed 70 percent of its legacy business
through the demerging and listing of Hermana Holding ASA on the main list of the
Oslo Stock Exchange.

On 4 July 2024, Magnora's Board of Directors authorized a payment of 4.187 per
share upon receiving payments from the the Helios transaction. The cash
distribution is based on the Company's annual accounts for 2023 and
authorization from the AGM held on 25 April 2023.

The cash distribution is a repayment of paid-in capital in excess of the par
value of the Magnora share.
