KMC Properties ASA / KMC Properties AS - Information to bondholders

Reference is made to the summons for a written resolution dated 14 June 2024 in
relation to KMC Properties ASA's existing bond issue with ISIN NO0012955105,
which was approved by a requisite majority of the bondholders 20 June 2024.
Nordic Trustee AS has today informed KMC Properties ASA that the "Effective
Date" for the amendments approved in the written resolution has occurred. Please
see information to bondholders in KMCP02 regarding occurrence of Effective Date
and implementation of proposal.
