Fremtind Forsikring: Result 2nd quarter 2024 and Year-to-Date

SpareBank 1 SR-Bank has an ownership interest of 19.5% in SpareBank 1 Gruppen
AS. Fremtind is 65% owned by SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS as of June 30, 2024.
Fremtind's profit before tax as of June 30, 2024, was NOK 728 million (NOK 346
million), and NOK 593 million (NOK 280 million) after tax. For the second
quarter alone, Fremtind's profit was NOK 495 million (NOK -19 million) before
tax and NOK 388 million (NOK 7 million) after tax.

SpareBank 1 SR-Bank's share of Fremtind's profit before tax as of June 30 was
NOK 92 million (NOK 44 million).
