Europris ASA (EPR) has been notified that the following transaction has been
completed on 11 July 2024, by a primary insider in Europris ASA.

Nordkronen II AS has today sold 145,000 shares in Europris ASA for an average
price of NOK 73.68 per share. Nordkronen II AS is closely associated with Pål
Wibe, director and primary insider in Europris ASA.

After the purchase, Pål Wibe (Nordkronen II AS) holds 143,572 shares in Europris
ASA.
