2024 Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting Agreements

It was approved to amend the company's bylaws so that the delisting of the
representative certificates of the company's shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange,
referred to as Norwegian Depositary Receipts in that jurisdiction, can be
addressed at an extraordinary shareholders' meeting.
