Trondheim, 9 July 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by
NORBIT ASA ("NORBIT" or the "Company") (Euronext Oslo Børs trading symbol:
NORBT) on 2 July 2024 regarding the successful private placement of 2,597,403
new shares in the Company raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 200
million (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase of NOK 259,740.30 pertaining to the issuance of
2,597,403 new shares of the Private Placement has today been registered with the
Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:

New share capital: NOK 6,279,749.10

New total number of shares: 62,797,491

Nominal value per share: NOK 0.10
