DOF Group - Disclosure of shareholding

9 July 2024: With reference to shareholding disclosure on 3 July 2024, Geveran
Trading Co. Limited (“Geveran”) have today received redelivery of the 8,059,773
shares in DOF Group ASA ("DOF") borrowed by the managers for the private
placement to facilitate settlement thereof. Following this, Geveran now holds
15,279,464 shares, representing ca. 8.27% of the outstanding DOF shares.

This disclosure is made pursuant to sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
