ArcticZymes Technologies ASA: Registration of share capital following exercise of options

Tromsø, Norway, 08 July 2024 - Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement by ArcticZymes Technologies ASA (OSE:AZT) on 28 June 2024,
regarding the board of directors' resolution to increase the share capital of
the Company in connection with the exercise of options.

The share capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new share capital is
NOK 51,071,390 divided into 51,071,390 shares, each with a par value of NOK
1.00.
