AIX - Signs Three-Year Agreement with International Retail Technology Company Strongpoint ASA

Oslo, July 8, 2024: Ayfie International (AIX) has signed a three-year agreement
with the international retail technology company Strongpoint ASA, which is
listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

what we have developed over many years is of high quality. We are very proud to
enter into an agreement with such a solid company as Strongpoint, and look
forward to a good collaboration, says CEO Herman Sjøberg of Ayfie International.

The agreement entails Strongpoint installing Ayfie's RAG platform. With Ayfie's
deep search product, Ayfie Locator, which functions as an internal Google search
engine, and the AI platform Ayfie Personal Assistant, StrongPoint employees can
now use AI directly on their data. Ayfie Personal Assistant (PA) helps employees
perform tasks that were previously difficult with ease. It also increases
efficiency and improves quality. In addition, with the platform, Strongpoint can
set up product-specific chatbots for the market using Ayfie's "Build your own
GPT".

Ayfie's AI technology operates only within the customer's domain, and the
solution is not trained and does not leak any information out of the company's
domain. All of Ayfie's solutions are designed to comply with the GDPR directive.

– Strongpoint will initially use Ayfie in Norway. We hope that our services will
be implemented internationally once the company has gotten started on our
platform, says Sjøberg.

Ayfie will initially deliver a full Ayfie solution with artificial intelligence
(AI) to all 50 employees in Norway. Strongpoint ASA has customers in more than
25 countries on 4 continents, has more than 500 employees internationally, and
had a turnover of 1.34 billion Norwegian kroner in 2023. The headquarters is in
Norway. Among Strongpoint's customers are Rema 1000, Ica, Coop, Circle K,
Alimerka, Willy:S, and McDonald's. The company's largest shareholders are the
Wahl family and the Hatteland family. The size of the agreement is 0.3 million
Norwegian kroner.
