EAM Solar ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Energeia AS, a company closely related to Viktor E Jakobsen, Chair of EAM Solar
ASA (the "Company"), has on the 5th of July 2024 sold 30 200 shares in the
Company at a price of NOK 6.1372 per share (the "Transaction"). Following the
Transaction, Energeia AS holds 69 800 shares, representing 1.02% of the
outstanding shares in EAM Solar ASA.
