New contracts with a turnover value of 6.5 billion Norwegian kroner have been
awarded at Oslo Airport. This is the most significant change in the food concept
at the main airport since its expansion in 2017.

This spring, Avinor announced and finalized new contracts for the dining
establishments at Oslo Airport. The sub-contracts are expected to have a
turnover value of approximately 6.5 billion Norwegian kroner and will have a
duration of five to seven years. The sub-contracts have been awarded to SSP
Norway, HMSHost, Bit Union, Reitan Convenience, LETT, and Joe & the Juice.

Most of the favorites will remain or expand, but many of the dining
establishments will now be replaced with new, more fitting concepts. Soon, you
will therefore find more of Norwegians' favorites at the main airport.

— Avinor aims to strengthen its commercial efforts. We believe that the changes
we now are making in the food and beverage offer will be exciting and positive
for travelers, says Joachim Lupnaav Johnsen, Commercial Director at Avinor.

He explains that the most popular concepts will be expanded throughout the main
airport. With an upgraded mix of concepts, Avinor will therefore better cater to
the important preferences of both Norwegians traveling to and from the main
airport, as well as tourists visiting Norway.

— We can clearly see which restaurants our visitors prefer, both among
Norwegians and tourists, and therefore we are now focusing on precisely these,
he says.

The contracts with the new players in the catering industry have been awarded in
accordance with the procurement regulations' requirements for competitive
tendering of concession contracts.
