Gigante Salmon AS: Received advance notice of a decision related to a possible breach of the issuer's ongoing duty to provide information

Bodø, 4 July 2024:
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Gigante Salmon AS (the
"Company") on 19 March 2024 at 10:12 a.m. regarding the updated cost estimate
for the completion of the facility in Rødøy. Oslo Børs has initiated
investigations into the Company's handling and disclosure of inside information
pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation and the Euronext Growth Oslo Rulebook -
Part II.

The Company has received advance notice of the decision from the Oslo Stock
Exchange. An advance notice of a decision has been made that a violation fine
will be imposed for failing to ensure timely publication of information about
the cost overrun. The size of the violation fine will be determined in the final
decision, if such a fine is made, and after the Company's input to the advance
notice.

The Company has been given a deadline to submit comments on the advance notice
on Monday 12 August 2024 at 09:00. Gigante Salmon will assess the advance notice
that has been received and whether there are grounds for commenting the stock
exchange's assessments within the deadline.
