DOF Group - Disclosure of shareholding

3 July 2024: In connection with the private placement of new shares announced
today by DOF Group ASA ("DOF"), Geveran Trading Co. Limited (“Geveran”) has
agreed to lend 8,059,773 shares in DOF to the managers for the private placement
to facilitate settlement thereof. Net of this share loan and pending issuance of
the new shares and return of the shares borrowed by the managers, Geveran will
when including shares allocated and delivered to it in the private placement
hold 7,219,691 shares, representing ca. 4.09% of the outstanding DOF shares.

This disclosure is made pursuant to sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
