Karbon Invest AS ("Karbon Invest"), has pledged 1,919,367 shares in Cyviz AS
(the "Company"), corresponding to the total number of shares in the Company held
by Karbon Invest.

Karbon Invest is a close associate of Rune Syversen, the chair of the board and
a primary insider in the Company.

Primary insider notification pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation article 19
is attached.
