June 2024 reported a strong load factor as the summer peak in demand began to
take hold. The month saw an average load factor of 85 per cent, representing an
increase of two percentage points (p.p.) year on year. During June, Norse
Atlantic Airways had 178,042 passengers across 620 flights, no charters were
operated during the month. 78 per cent of flights arrived within 15 minutes of
their scheduled arrival time with a completion rate of 99 per cent.
"I am pleased to report that Norse Atlantic reached a load factor of 85 per cent
for the month of June as we fully ramped up flying on our own network while
operating no charters. This represents an increase in load factor compared to
the same period last year while the number of flights operated increased by 77
per cent during the month. Norse Atlantic is looking forward to a busy summer
ahead as we welcome both new and returning customers seeking great value long
haul travel," said Bjorn Tore Larsen, CEO and Founder Norse Atlantic Airways.
