Øystein Stray Spetalen, has on 1 July purchased 1,517,413 shares in Saga Pure
ASA at NOK 1.25 per share. After the transaction Øystein Stray Spetalen and
associated companies have a holding of 202,909,212 shares in Saga Pure ASA.
