Nykode Therapeutics - Grant of share options

Oslo, Norway, July 1, 2024 - A total of 3,159,019 share options have been
granted to employees of Nykode Therapeutics ASA under the company’s share option
scheme, of which 1,232,460 share options have been granted to primary insiders.
The share options will have a strike price of NOK 15.35 per share, have a
five-year term and will vest equally over a four-year vesting period.
