Norsk Titanium AS: Mandatory notification of pledge of shares by a close associate to primary insiders

Oslo, Norway 1 July 2024: Alchemia Capital AS, the sole owner of Scatec
Innovation AS, has amended its credit facility agreement with Skandinaviska
Enskilda Banken AB (publ). As a consequence, the shares in Norsk Titanium AS
owned by Scatec Innovation AS are now included in the security package for the
said credit facility.

Scatec Innovation AS is a company closely associated with John Andersen, who is
the chairman of the Company's board of directors. Please see the attached
notification of trade for information regarding the pledging of shares in the
Company.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to article
19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation and section 5-12 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
