Karbon Invest AS ("Karbon Invest"), has pledged 4,800,000 shares in Crayon Group
Holding ASA (the "Company"), corresponding to the total number of shares in the
Company held by Karbon Invest.

Karbon Invest is a close associate of Jens Rugseth, a board member and primary
insider in the Company, as well as of Rune Syversen, the chairperson of the
board and primary insider in the Company.

Primary insider notification pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation article 19
is attached.
