Mobility Group Holding ASA (the "Company"), corresponding to the total number of
shares in the Company held by Karbon Invest.

Karbon Invest is a close associate of Jens Rugseth, a board member and primary
insider in the Company.

Primary insider notification pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation article 19
is attached.
