Karbon Invest AS ("Karbon Invest"), has pledged 44,464,295 shares in Spir Group
ASA (the "Company"), corresponding to the total number of shares in the Company
held by Karbon Invest.

Karbon Invest is a close associate of Jens Rugseth, a board member and primary
insider in the Company.
Primary insider notification pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation article 19
is attached.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to Section
