Grant of employee share options

Airthings ASA (“Airthings” or the “Company”) has on July 1, 2024, granted
1,648,000 share options to employees at a strike price of NOK 2,85. The options
vest in tranches with 25% of the granted options on each anniversary of the
grant. Each share option corresponds to one share. Please refer to the annual
report 2023 for further details regarding the Company’s option plan.

The following primary insiders of Airthings ASA have been allocated share
options as part of the grant:
- Audhild Andersen Randa, COO: 358,000 options
- Millie Paakkola, CMO: 200,000 options
- Niklas Norin, Board member: 30,000 options
- Anlaug Gårdsrud Underdal, Deputy Board Member: 30,000 options
