Ensurge Micropower ASA - Extraordinary General Meeting held on 1 July 2024

An Extraordinary General Meeting in Ensurge Micropower ASA (the "Company") was
held today as an electronic meeting. All items on the agenda were adopted in
accordance with the proposals of the board of directors of the Company. As
announced by the Company on 27 June 2024, the contemplated subsequent offering
was cancelled and, consequently, withdrawn from the agenda at the Extraordinary
General Meeting.

The minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting will be made available on the
