Paratus Announces Publication of Information Document

Hamilton, Bermuda, June 28, 2024 - The attached information document has been
prepared by Paratus Energy Services Ltd. ("Paratus" or the "Company") solely for
use in connection with the admission to trading of all its shares (the
"Admission") on Euronext Growth Oslo ("Euronext Growth").

The first day of trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Growth is today, 28
June 2024, under the ticker code "PLSV".

Advisers
DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA acted as Euronext Growth Advisor to the
Company in connection with the Admission. DNB Markets and jointly, together with
Arctic Securities AS, acted as joint global coordinators and, together with ABG
Sundal Collier ASA, Fearnley Securities AS and Pareto Securities AS, as joint
bookrunners in respect to the private placement carried out by the Company prior
to the Admission, as announced on 20 June 2024.

Ducera Partners LLC acted as financial advisor to the Company.

Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS acted as legal counsel to the Company, while
Advokatfirmaet Wiersholm AS acted as legal counsel to the Euronext Growth
Advisor.
