OBOS KONSERN – UPDATED GREEN BOND FRAMEWORK

OBOS has published its updated Green Bond Framework. The Framework will be used
for Green Bond issuance by OBOS BBL, OBOS Eiendom AS, OBOS-banken AS and OBOS
Boligkreditt AS.

Sustainability and social responsibility are central to the management and
development of OBOS. One of the main goals for OBOS is to work towards a more
sustainable society.

SEB has acted as advisor on the updated Green Bond Framework, and S&P Global
Ratings has provided a Second-Party Opinion ('SPO') confirming the Framework’s
alignment with the ICMA Green Bond Principles.
