International Funds ICAV – Melqart Event Driven Ucits Fund (the “Fund”) and DS
LIQUID DIV RVA MEL, LLC (the “Fund”) holdings in Paratus Energy Services Ltd
rose above 5% of voting rights and issued share capital. The combined holding is
12,607,360 shares of Common Stock which is represented by 7.37% of the issued
share capital and voting rights of the Company and
0.07% in CFDs.
