GiG senior executive team strengthened with Christian Uhrenholt named CFO for Gentoo Media

Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has announced the appointment of Christian
Uhrenholt as Gentoo Media's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This move comes as
GiG continues to improve the foundation of its successful affiliate business and
prepares for further growth in Gentoo Media (formerly GiG Media).

Christian brings unique qualifications to his role as CFO at Gentoo Media. His
career has been marked by a focus on solid value creation within the corporate
finance function, and his audit background provides a crucial technical
understanding of finance. He has a proven track record in delivering strong
financial performance and to instill robust financial and operational discipline
across organizations.

Christian will be responsible for evolving Gentoo Media's finance department and
supporting the broader strategic development of the business, including M&A and
investor relations. He will further develop the strong financial understanding
in Gentoo Media and will focus on a business case-driven approach in decision
-making.
