Further information regarding delisting from the Oslo Stock Exchange and deregistration of NDRs

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made on 24 June 2024
regarding the decision of the board of directors of Salmones Camanchaca to
initiate the process of delisting from the Oslo Stock Exchange (the "OSE") and
cancelling the program for the trading of its Norwegian Depositary Receipts (the
"NDRs"). Salmones Camanchaca will maintain its listing on the Santiago Stock
Exchange.

The delisting from the OSE, and accordingly the deregistration of the NDRs, is
subject to the approval by the general meeting of Salmones Camanchaca, as well
as the approval of the OSE. Further information regarding this process and the
