257 equity capital certificates in Sparebanken Vest from P Invest Norge AS at
the closing price on Friday 28.6.2024, thus crossing both the 5 % and the 10 %
thresholds.

Subsequent to these transactions, Funds managed by Pareto Asset Management AS
own 12 620 804 equity capital certificates, corresponding to 11.50 % of the
issued equity capital certificates in Sparebanken Vest. Pareto Asset Management
AS has no rights to equity capital certificates in Sparebanken Vest beyond this.

P Invest Norge AS sold its full holding in Sparebanken Vest, 9 842 257 equity
capital certificates, 8.97 % of the issued equity capital certificates in
Sparebanken Vest, and no longer owns any equity capital certificates in
Sparebanken Vest.
The sale was made as part of a subscription into funds managed by Pareto Asset
Management AS.
