Completed share capital reduction in connection with share repurchase programme

Following the share repurchase programme announced 14 July 2023, which was
executed in the period 14 July 2023 until 6 November 2023, the Annual General
Meeting in Norske Skog ASA (the “Company”) resolved on 11 April 2024 to reduce
the Company’s share capital with NOK 37,705,880, from NOK 377,058,820 to NOK
339,352,940, by cancellation of 9,426,470 shares owned by the Company. The
number of shares issued by the Company is reduced from 94,264,705 shares to
84,838,235 shares. The amount of the reduction is used to cancel the Company’s
own shares.
The creditor deadline for the share capital reduction has expired and the share
capital reduction was completed in the Register of Business Enterprises on 28
June 2024.
