Cidron Romanov Limited: Issuing of PIK Notes

Reference is made to Cidron Romanov Limited's (the "Company") notes issues with
ISIN NO0011134405 (the "NOK Notes") and NO0011134413 (the "SEK Notes", and
together with the NOK Notes, the "Notes"). Capitalised terms used herein shall
have the meaning assigned to them in the terms and conditions dated 22 October
2021 (the “Terms and Conditions”), unless otherwise stated herein.

The Company has chosen to settle the interest payment on the Notes falling due
on the Interest Payment Date on 30 June 2024 by the issuing of PIK Notes in
accordance with Clause 9.2 of the Terms and Conditions (and not in cash).

Pursuant to Clause 9 of the Terms and Conditions, the Interest Rate for such
interest settlement will be 14.0220% per annum for the NOK Notes and 12.6366%
per annum for the SEK Notes.
