AGREEMENTS SIGNED - ACQUISITION OF TWO VESSELS

The Board of Jinhui Shipping and Transportation Limited (the 'Company')
announces that two wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company entered into two
shipbuilding contracts on 28 June 2024 for the acquisition of two vessels, each
at a contract price of US$34,000,000.
