Color Group AS: Approval and publication of prospectus and application to list bonds

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 9 April 2024, regarding
the successful placement of a senior unsecured bond loan of NOK 900 million,
with maturity date 23 April 2029, with a coupon rate of 3-month NIBOR + 3.00%
("COLG19").
The bond terms of COLG19 require that the bonds are to be listed on the Oslo
Stock Exchange. In this connection, Color Group AS (the "Company") has prepared
a listing prospectus which was approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority
of Norway on [27 June 2024] (the "Prospectus").

Concurrently with the publication of this stock exchange announcement, the
Company will submit an application to the Oslo Stock Exchange for the admission
of COLG19 for trading. After COLG19 is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, COLG19
will be tradable under the ISIN NO 0013209841 and the ticker COLG19.
