Oslo Børs – Decision on admission to trading – Paratus Energy Services Ltd.

Oslo Børs has decided to admit Paratus Energy Services Ltd. to trading on
Euronext Growth Oslo. It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day
of trading satisfies the admission requirements on Euronext Growth Oslo. The CEO
of Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than the 26 August
2024.
