Observe Medical ASA: Notice of extraordinary general meeting on 17 July 2024 in connection with the private placement and a contemplated subsequent offering

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Observe Medical ASA
("Observe Medical" or the "Company", OSE ticker: OBSVR) on 24 June 2024,
regarding the successfully placed private placement of new shares in the Company
to raise gross proceeds of NOK 22 million (the "Private Placement").

In connection with completion of the Private Placement and a contemplated
subsequent offering, the Company hereby calls for an extraordinary general
meeting to be held on 17 July 2024 at 14:00 hours (CEST). The extraordinary
general meeting will be held as a physical meeting, at Haakon VIIs gate 1, 7[th]
floor at Reiten & CO, 0161 Oslo, Norway.

The notice of the extraordinary general meeting is attached, together with the
attendance and proxy forms. The notice has been sent to shareholders with known
addresses, and is also available on the Company's website
