Norse Atlantic ASA, Changes to the Board of Directors - election of employee representatives

In a recently concluded election, the employees of Norse Atlantic ASA have
elected employee representatives to the Board of Directors.

The following were elected as employee representatives.

Employee representatives:

· Mathias Lindborg, Captain/Head of flight crew recruitment
· Leif Andre Moland, VP Global Corporate Support/Cabin Crew
· Synne-Linnea Horn Einarsen, Maintenance production planner

Deputies:

· Johanna Lexell, Captain
· Kristoffer Olsen, Maintenance Operations Coordinator
· Benedicte Lundin, Head of cabin crew training

The term of office for the new employee's representatives starts from today and
expires following the Annual General Meeting in 2026.

The Board of Directors of Norse Atlantic ASA will henceforth consist of:
