Each share option gives the right to purchase one share in Orkla ASA. The strike
price of the options was set to NOK 71,90 per share based on the closing price
on 19 April 2024 plus 3% p.a. in the vesting period and adjusted for dividend
paid until exercise. The options can be exercised after three years at the
earliest and the options expire if they are not exercised within five years. For
