Major shareholding notification

SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited has on 24 June 2024 agreed to sell
13,487,500 shares in Gaming Innovation Group Inc and has consequently passed the
10% and 5% disclosure thresholds. Following the transaction, SkyCity
Entertainment Group Limited does not hold any shares, rights to shares or other
financial instruments in the Company.
