Edda Wind ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Haugesund, 25 June 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Edda
Wind ASA (the “Company”) on 25 June 2024 regarding the successfully placed
private placement of 17,000,000 new shares (the “Offer Shares”) in the Company
at a subscription price of NOK 23.5 per shares (the “Offer Price”), raising
gross proceeds of NOK 399.5 million (the “Private Placement”).

The following primary insiders (PDMRs) in the Company and close associates of
PDMRs were allocated Offer Shares in the Private Placement at the Offer Price as
follows:
• Wilhelmsen New Energy AS, a company closely associated with primary insider
Geir Oppegård Flæsen, was allocated 5,273,400 Offer Shares;
• EPS Ventures Ltd. a company closely associated with primary insider Duncan
John Bullock, was allocated 3,415,300 Offer Shares;
