Cyviz AS Secures New Microsoft Orders Worth USD 6.6 Million

The orders include the installation of new Microsoft Envisioning Theaters in
Oslo, New York, Redmond (Microsoft HQ), Amsterdam, a new Experience Center in
Wien, along with upgrades to multiple existing theaters:

* Lyngby, Denmark
* Milan, Italy
* Warsaw, Poland
* Toronto, Canada
* Burlington, USA
* Malvern, USA
* Silicon Valley, USA
* Edina, USA
* Houston, USA
* Boston, USA

Since 2020, Cyviz has been working with Microsoft to upgrade its portfolio of
Envisioning Theaters. The Envisioning Theaters are in their global Technology
Center and Executive Briefing Center locations and are the centerpiece of all
Microsoft customer engagements.

Cyviz has executed an Addendum to the existing Master Supplier Services
Agreement with Microsoft, extending the Outsourced Services Statement of Work by
24 months. This extension provides a roadmap for completing their Global
Envisioning Theater Refresh requirements. To date, Cyviz has completed 27 of
Microsoft's experience centers.

The total value of the new installations, upgrades, and renewals is USD 6.6
million.

The Envisioning Theater is a central point for immersive customer briefings and
demonstrations of Microsoft technology. Content, videos, lighting, and sound

Cyviz as companies want to provide their employees and clients with an
immersive, unique, and impactful, virtual destination experience.

The upgrades will start immediately, with all installations and upgrades
expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
