ARR: Enters into partnership agreement with Orbus Software
25 Jun 2024 07:55 CEST
(Oslo, 25 June 2024) Arribatec Group ASA (Arribatec, OSE: ARR) today announces a
partnership agreement with Orbus Software (Orbus), a leading global provider of
enterprise transformation software.
“We are thrilled to join forces with Orbus Software to not only extend our
capabilities but also perfectly meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Orbus’s market-leading enterprise transformation platform aligns seamlessly with
our mission to simplify complexity. This agreement fully aligns with our
strategic intent to develop multiple partnerships within our main arears of
expertise, and we look forward to working closely with Orbus to deliver even
greater value to our clients and drive innovation together,” Geir Johansen,
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Arribatec says.
Orbus’s enterprise transformation platform, OrbusInfinity, provides a ‘digital
blueprint’ of the organization, enabling executives and transformation teams to
confidently manage successful transformation initiatives. Existing customers
such as ASICS, AutoZone, and Sciensus use the platform to integrate data from a
range of silos to create a centralized view of underlying business processes,
applications, systems, and data, so users can accelerate decision-making, reduce
spend, mitigate risks, and stay resilient in the face of disruption.
By entering this partnership, Orbus will draw on Arribatec’s experience in
optimizing complex processes and systems for maximum efficiency and sustainable
outcomes. Arribatec will become a global partner to Orbus and act as its sole
partner in the Nordic areas of Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Greenland and
Faroe Islands. It will develop a consultancy proposition around OrbusInfinity,
supporting clients in their digital transformation journeys. In Norway, the
agreement covers support to customers with licences directly from Orbus Software
UK.
“Our partnership with Arribatec will bring new levels of support for
organizations in the Nordics, which is a key region for Orbus. Arribatec’s deep
industry knowledge and consulting expertise will complement our technology,
enabling us to better support our clients’ transformation and sustainability
journeys in the Nordics and on a global basis,” Gareth Burton, CEO of Orbus,
concludes.
